Age: 20 Series: Hellsing Species: Vampire Gender: Female Occupation: Police officer Level: Terra ID Number: 2300922 Phone and Email: Here Appearance: Standing at an average height of 5'6, Seras doesn't look anything out of the ordinary, just a typical female in her early twenties. Albeit a curvy one with an extremely impressive bust size that tends to gain her a lot of (often unwanted) attention. Her wheat blonde hair is cut to shoulder-length with messy bangs at the front while the hair down the back naturally fans to the sides in spiky locks. Sera's eyes are a bright blue that goes well with her hair and pale skin tone. She wears a normal police uniform while on duty and outside of it prefers to wear casual clothing, nothing too fancy or out of the ordinary though she does show a preference for skirts over trousers. When her vampire nature shows itself her eyes turn a bright red and glow faintly, while her teeth sharpen into fangs. Personality: A strong-willed woman, often viewed as a tomboy, she is brave and extremely loyal to her commanding officers, once they've shown they deserve that loyalty. Seras is always quick and dutiful in following orders and does so to great effect, never wanting to fail those who have placed their trust in her. At times she can act childishly and be easily surprised or taken aback at things and yet demonstrates great levels of maturity and mental strength. Reasonably intelligent she can act with precision and surety in her choices when needed in the field. On the other hand however she demonstrates a quick temper on occassion and can despair when it comes to making difficult, personal choices. Seras finds it hard to accept the changes to her life and resists them for as long as she can, unwilling to let go of her human side, nature and morals even when the choice to become what she is now was her own entirely. She also gets easily embarassed when it comes to matters of a sexual nature, acting shy or indignant whenever someone hits on her. Abilities: Super-human strength (she can knock a grown man across the room just by flicking her fingers), speed and regenerative abilities, Seras is a formidable force in a fight. Her clairvoyant abilities enable her to see far beyond the scope of human vision and also to see through illusions, in addition to this her sense of smell and hearing are also advanced beyond those of a human. However the longer she goes without drinking blood, the weaker she will become. If Seras ever gets into a tight situation where death is imminent she can loose control and go into a feral, berserker state where her vampire instincts rule, all rational thought disappears and she will go on a bloody rampage until someone or something happens to snap her out of it. When she eventually drinks human blood her powers will grow stronger and other abilities will begin to show themselves. Such as the ability to change form, shapeshift, fly, use shadows and phase through solid objects. She can also absorb the souls and memories of those she kills and use them as familiars. As a trained police officer she knows restraining techniques and can handle guns effectively, her speciality being the 30 mm, single-shot breech loader cannon referred to as Harkonnen. |

Almost mirroring that of her true self, Seras' life has not all been sunshine and sweetness. Her family was picture perfect until one day her dad got too heavily involved in dealings down in the Abyss, the payback came swift and not just on him, it took his wife and nearly his child too. Her parents murdered in front of her Seras was sent to an orphanage and took on the goal of becoming a police officer like her father had been, determined to do him proud. She successfully enrolled in the academy and scored high on almost every part of her training, successfully graduating at the age of twenty, assigned to join the city's police ranks Seras eagerly looked forward to her first day on the job. The night before however she was walking through Terra when she passed by a church and heard something strange, curious she went to investigate. The last memory she has of that night is seeing the Priest's face as she opened the door, from then on her memory of that night is blank. She woke up in her apartment, her clothes bloody and torn but with no wounds to show for it. Disconcerted and confused she decided not to make mention of it to anyone, instead deciding to carry on and start her new job as if nothing was amiss. Determined not to let it get to her she lept into the role and served the citizenry, but lately she's begun to feel changes within herself. Stronger, faster and inside a thirst growing that she can't seem to quench no matter what. | ||
| History | Seras was born in England, her father was a cop and her mother a housewife. When she was still a young child her father got in too deep while on an undercover mission and after being found out by the criminals, he and his wife were murdered in front of the young Seras. Her mother had hidden her in the closet and so the young girl watched as both her parents were shot and then her mothers corpse raped. Distraught, Seras charged out and stabbed one of the criminals in the eye with a fork before she was shot and thrown against a wall, knocked unconscious. She survived the incident and was put into an orphanage soon after. Her behaviour became incresingly violent towards the other children and Seras was eventually warned that if her behaviour did not improve she would be relocated. When asked what it as she wanted to do, she expressed that her overwhelming desire as she grew up was to become a police officer like her father had been, she put every effort into achieving this goal and at the age of twenty successfully became a member of the local police force. Not long after her graduation Seras along with other officers was assigned to investigate and catch the culprit of a number of killings that had happened in Cheddar Village. Unknown to them though was that the culprit was a vampire masquerading as the local priest, he soon slaughtered all of the police except for Seras who desperately tried to flee the scene. Just as she was about to be killed, Alucard, the vampire soldier for the Hellsing Organisation appeared and killed the ghouls that the vampire had turned the other police officers into. The vampire in desperation seized Seras and attempted to use her as a hostage to escape. Alucard demanded Seras to tell him if she was a virgin and after answering yes, he shot her through the lung and into the heart of the vampire behind her, killing it. Afterwards Alucard offered Seras a choice, to become a vampire or to die then and there, as the bullet wound was fatal. She chose to become a vampire, Alucard drank her blood and took her back to Hellsing where she was swiftly brought into the ranks to serve the family just as Alucard did. Settling in there though was easy compared to adjusting to her new life as a vampire, not only the fact that she now had to drink blood but also forgetting all the things she had learned as a human and now had to learn anew. She struggled, the urge to drink blood presenting an ongoing internal conflict and she resisted for a long time, becoming weaker as a result. This conflict was swiftly overshadowed by a more deadly one though, the Nazi organisation Millenium rose up from its hiding place in South America where it had been waiting since the end of World War II to attack England and take over the world with its own brand of artificially engineered vampires and werewolves. The sky over London was flooded with zeppelins as the Nazi troops swept in to massacre the cities population. Seras was stationed with the Wild Geese mercernary group at Hellsing Manor when the attack began and remained there to defend it with them against Zorin Blitz until Integra could return. | ||
